Nick has been in the mortgage industry since 2002, with experience as a loan officer, branch manager and mortgage broker. Through every role, what he has enjoyed most is helping people achieve homeownership and build wealth through real estate.
Nick believes getting a mortgage shouldn’t feel like getting a root canal. His goal is to make the process easier to understand, helping clients feel informed and confident rather than overwhelmed by red tape and changing guidelines. That approach also helps his real estate partners create smoother, more enjoyable closings for everyone involved.
More than 20 years later, Nick still looks forward to showing up every day and helping people reach the closing table. He has also been honored with the Five Star Mortgage Professional award for 13 consecutive years and recognized by 5280 Magazine among the top 7% of mortgage professionals in the Denver area.
